A CD with Redhat Linux Advanced Server can be had for $60 (developer's
license, search google). This will have no support (or little support)
from RedHat, so check if Oracle is gonna support such developer's
license. It seems like they should since you are running the correct
version of the RedHat.
And if you do not mind messing around, you can even get RHAS sources
and compile kernel and other relevant libraries and claim that you're
in fact running RHAS kernel.
Otherwise just buy the full support and you'll always have somebody to
blame :-)
