There are many. Sometimes it can be a real pain though, because of the disconnect between the 3rd party and Oracle. Also, some 3rd parties are just plain bogus.

I know that some 3rd parties get a discount from Oracle and then sell at the same price, don't know if anyone has anything exactly for your situation (what I've seen, the 3rd parties are usually combining in their own vertical stuff or hardware). I'm sure any leasing company would be much more expensive than just paying the money to Oracle.

Look at the bright side: support is much cheaper than one DBA. Hey - maybe one of the DBA services could help you.
