No, 'OCFS' just means a cluster file system that Oracle has written. And they've written one for Linux (not surprisingly, I suppose, because who else was going to do it? Oracle wasn't going to sit around and wait for somebody on sourceforge to get round to it on his spare weekend!).
It's a bit tricky to find, but you can get the OCFS4Linux at:
