Thanks for the comparison of NT4 and W2k! Nothing dramatic on that list, and still W2k is a far cry from being as manageable as a *nix box. Is there any good reason for an upgrade that brings in only marginal benefits? The reward/effort ratio is sort of too low.
I'll check out the book and mentioned tools.
