Determining Busy Tables/Tablespaces

Is there a view in Oracle that I can examine to determine which tables get the most activity (ie: Most reads, full scans, updates, etc..) Basically I am looking for usage statistics so that I segregate the busier objects onto idle disk groups. I am running 8.1.7.4.
