DB goes down

Problem:


AIX 4.3 system had to reboot


Apon reboot we had an oracle filesystem that was lost it's permissions
and was not mounted properly - Changed permissions and restarted db. 
All was fine


Now we have a database that when it hits a redo log it does a shutdown
immediate.



What should I look for on the AIX administrator's side?
