Moving a database from Oracle 9.2 to 8.1.7

We need to move a database from Oracle 9.2 to Oracle 8.1.7.  Can
someone tell me if this is possible and if so how to do it?  Does the
standard export and import facility handle it?  Details and required
commands and parameters would be most appreciated.
