Another popular Windows newsreader is Gravity (used to be a commercial product, but the company couldn't sell enuf to stay in business ... now it's freeware). It has filters, rules to assign a "score" to messages, and much more. It also has help available in several languages, including German and Dutch. This isn't a binary NG, but Gravity automatically decodes yEnc messages. For more info, see:
