HELP Oracle has died !

Hi,

can someone tell me how to fix this (on startup):

ORA-16038: log 2 sequence# 18 cannot be archived,
ORA-19504: failed to create file ""
ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: 'C:\ORANT\ORADATA\MYGLOBAL\REDO02.log'

I get this every time I start up and need to ge into oracle urgently !
