This is hard to say in general. It depends on many factors. Size of your company, number of DB2s in house, sales person, country, someone here suggests it depends even on season, and of course it depends how tough you are. :-)

When we're talking about Oracle discounts you should know that no Oracle's customer worldwide is paying an official price. Official prices are just guidelines how much sales person should be dare to ask, before reality hits back. :-)
