If matters if you care about which rows are not loaded or do you not care about missing data?

If "I have no idea" is the best you've got I'd say you are in no position to make a decision about loading.

Assuming "many" and assuming that someone does care about knowing what was not loaded ... I would suggest using SQL*Loader.
