Because it's such cute piece of software that reminds many of the happy, carefree days on the late 1970's, when David Bowie was still in the charts, people danced and cuddled in the streets, Dr Who was on the telly, people wore sequins, fat ties, pink socks, leather pants and looked stylish doing so(note Pete Sharman still does) and Larry Ellison was still an unknown strip dancer in San Francisco gay clubs.

However, whether 23 customers world wide can be described as "popular" is somewhat questionable...
