From the DOS prompt:
DOS> svrmgrl
Now you should be running sever manager, so at the server manager prompt:
SVRMGR> connect internal
If it tells you that you are connected that's it you can now run your scripts. If you get errors at this point you may need to set some environment variables first at the DOS prompt. Suggest you look your error up on either Meta Link or Goggle Groups search at that point for the solution.
