Oracle9iAS - User guide / website??

I've recently installed Oracle 9iR2 server and Oracle9iAS on a Sun E420 running Solaris 8. I have the DB up and running very nicely, and have installed Oracle9iAS. I am used to Oracle 8 Application Server so am looking forward to the Apache based stability of the 9iAS package.

But, I can't find any decent documentation on Oracle9iAS regarding usage and configuration. It's all installed and working and i can get to the enterprise manage site, but there is nothing to tell me what to do next and I've spent 2 days trying to "play" with little success.

Is there any decent website or user guide in PDF on the Oracle site that tells me how to do all the actual setup and configuration?

I want to;

Know how to set up the PL/SQL cartridge
Do all the stuff I could do in Oracle8 OAS - setup directories, SSL certificates, etc etc!

I really don't want to just post a load of questions and get answers back, I'd love to know where there is a good user guide or book or anything so I can do it myself...???
