I have actually set up multiple Oracle 9.0.1 and Ias 1.0.2.2.2.a installs with Oracle Forms server with patchset 8 on the same machine, the smallest being a Dell Lattitude cpxj 650mhz with 256MB/20 gb hard drive using windows 2000 sp2. Have not tried IFS. Takes some tweeking

Depends on what you are using the machine for. The Laptop was to take an application on the road for live demo purposes and some development. The same set up was some on a 2ghz machine with a gig of memory and used in a classroom situation with 10 + users.

Certainly not recommended for any sort of production.
