a little question about Enterprise Management Console

I have just finished installing Oracle 9i on a Windows 2000 server. I have also setup a repository server

Since Oracle displayed no error messages on the screen, I guess the installation is correct.
I want to login to the Oracle Management Server and I have typed in the
default user/password provided by Oracle

administrator: SYSMAN
Password: OEM_TEMP
Management server: MyServer (recognized by oracle when I typed in

I typed back all of the above in lowercases and it did not work either.
I have formatted my hard disk several times and reinstalled all the software and nothing.

Can anybody tell me what is going on?. The above password is the default provided by Oracle
