Logon trigger not firing - solution

Thanks to everyone who gave us suggestions for our logon trigger problem.

The solution was commenting out a line in the init.ora file. That file still had the line " _system_trig_enabled=false" being executed. Once that was commented out and the database restarted the logon triggers worked.
