If you find any good resources please let me know. Our company is in the same position. Over the next few years we will be converting 30+ databases to other platforms. Oracle has priced themselves completely out of the game. Even support costs alone are far more expensive than licensing + support on MS SQL and DBS2. We are converting our larger mission critical db's to DB2 and everything else to SQL. If they were even competitive there might be a chance of keeping them, but sadly they are not.
