Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 2g per process memory limit

Is there any way around the Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 Server's 2 gig per process memory limit? Either break oracle connections into multiple processes or configure Windows 2000 Server (Not advanced) to allow more than 2 gigs per process?
