Oracle 8.1.7.4 Win NT OEM 2.2.0

I have an job which is running in the Enterprise Manager which status
is: failed

Technically the job performes succesful but the " failed " status is
caused
by the message at the end of the Show Output log :  " Output truncated
"

Properbly the output of the logging is too long because the job itself
is performing well.

I saw several messages on metalink about this issue in which is
advised to increase a parameter in file omsconfig.properties : 
oms.vdg.job_output_maxsize=1M
 
I did increase the parameter till 1M but the failed status and the
output truncate message still appears in the Enterprise Manager "Show
output " log
