None of the default passwords have been changed. The accounts are however
locked (at least in release 2) by default. In addition connect internal is
no longer supported you need to issue connect <some connection string> as
sysdba. If you create a database using dbca then you are prompted for new
passwords for sys and system and told which accounts are locked.
