Nothing obvious here ( as far as I can tell on a Friday afternoon)
Did you export your
ORACLE_HOME, TNS_ADMIN and ,(optionally I think) ORACLE_SID environment variables?
Does lsnrctl generate any errors?
( I think that exists in the Linux installation)
