We're planning on upgrading a system. The upgrade includes a fresh install, so I thought it would be a good time to look at a few things. Right now I am wondering about memory allocation. What I think I want is to see where memory is being used in the system currently, and how efficient it was. The system has 2 GB, and has been a live system for quite a while, so it should reflect usage pretty well. Where could I look to find if the current setup is efficient, or if it can be improved upon. Does anyone have a page (or the like) dedicated to such issues?
