Karsten,
yes it does matter to plug unplug the utp cable. I have a sollution from another guy with i will try tomorrow. He say's that in the sqlnet.ora file you have to insert a hash ({[ ore something to disable the authentication of something. confusing for me alsow but i will test it tomorrow. i will let you know and thanks for your effort to solve this.
