Indeed it does, and I can see a splash screen when I do so, however I cannot use Outlook Express to read or post (see above !).

I get all my news through Outlook and the Internet Newsgroups public folders. Luckily I can post here when required - and it has saved my sanity on more than a few occasions, but if I have to post to a private server - say any of the Borland NGs - then I have to do it at home because Borland only accept postings sent directly to their servers and not from some ISPs who feed off of them.

It is definately Outlook.
