Do as instructed in the message and check the trace file of DBWR in the directory pointed to by the background_dump_dest parameter. You'll probably find you lost the file mentioned and you need to restore a backup and recover the database. Just looking up the error messages in the Oracle Server Messages manual would have told you about the same. Please try to do this before posting.
