BTW in case anyone is interested there are a log of good people who have left this group because of one person - Sybrand Baker - and his perpetual pompous attitude. I have spoken to them on LazyDBA, FatCity and numerous other Oracle email lists. They left because they couldn't stand him either. If you feel the same as I and probably 100+ other DBAs about how his presence here ruins the newsgroup check out Lazy DBA or Fat City email lists. You get all the help you want without the attitude.
