Large size public domain test database for Oracle ?

Folks,

I need a sample transactional or data warehouse star schema database with over 20 tables that I can populate to 25-50 Meg size for testing purposes. Is there any sample script available in public domain ?

Of course if all else fails I can populate the good old scott/tiger database shipped with oracle or write my own data population on some sample public domain schema. Before doing all this I wanted to know if anything is already available in public domain.
