Oracle 9i on AIX (Installation question)

Oracle version: 9i Release 2 (9.2.0.1.0) Standard Edition OS: AIX 5L (5.11) I am preparing to do an installation on AIX and would like to know beside the obvious which is listed in the installation guide i.e. OS patches and math library, should I be looking out for any hidden gotcha's?

I am specifically interested in kernel parameters as installtion guide does not require any to be set for AIX 5L system. However, I am skeptical about it as it may bite me during installation.
