Does anyone have a link to a step by step document outlining what would need to be done to copy all database files from one database to anotehr one, and bring a NEW instance up on this other db server with the files that where just copied. Then after that RESTORE all archive log files to get an up to the second copy of the db?

Here is the goal in case I confused you all as much as I think I did me :)

I have a system with a 4 gig DB on it. If this system crashes (if), I need to bring a new system up, with the HOT backup from the night before. Then because I have the archive logs copies to a nutral server, I need to move them back to the new server and so a restore, getting back to where the other hardware failed.
