Did you restarted the Oracle Listner agent...? When you connect thru
OEM it connects talks to listner first then listner spawns a dedicated
process continue the session. So go back to control
center->adminstrative tools->services->Oracle Linstener service and
start it. then try to connect to oracle at the log on prompt for OEM.
Don't forget the db service name where u want to connect.
