Hey Newsgroup,

though I'm no native english-speaker, there might be vocabulary mixups. If you read something you don't understand, let me know and I'll try to explain what I meant.
Oracle 8i:
How is it possible to measure the performance of an oracle database? Something like a benchmark test which is reproducable at any time. Has anybody already done something like this? Any ideas or hints will be highly appreciated. It would be nice if no external tools would have to be used.
