error in starting oracle instance

when i do


svrmgrl>startup open;


i get the following error.



ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4519], [0], [4213094], [0], [],
[], [], []



can any one advice where could be the mistake.
oracle 8.1.7 on red hat 6.2.
