Monitoring not populating user_tab_modifications Table

Hi,



Yesterday I enabled the Monitoring Clause for one of my Tables which had
89856 Records in it.I then analyzed the Table. Then I added 20 records to
the table taking the total to 89876 Records.
I read somewhere that smon wakes up every 3 hours and writes a count of
modifications on the Monitored Table to the user_tab_modifications table.




Its been more than 12 hours now and the count has not been updated.



Please suggest.
