Search some more...I do not have the exact method, but in involves extracting some files then replacing that one.. Oracle has a patch on Metalink and there may be info at http://otn.oracle.com - register ( its free) and search there

You will be better off in the long run if you move to 9i..It has no problems with Pentium 4
