Look in the installation manual for the silent install option. If you include the configuration file you can make the install pretty much automatic or at least automatic enough that just about anyone can run it.
We have a product that came with Oracle and it pretty much does the Oracle install in autopilot. The vendor says they talked to Oracle about how to set the process up so if you have a deal with Oracle then that is probably your best bet.
