The compatible-Parameter on the 8.1.6 DB is set to 8.1.6.1.0. The compatible-Parameter on both machines for the Queue-Tables is set to '8.1'.

I will try to convice the dba on the remote DB to set the compatible-Parameter to the same Value as on my DB. I hope this helps.
