Oracle 8i Apache mod_plsql problems

I tried to set up a new DAD on Apache that comes with Oracle 8.1.7. I managed to create one, but did not manage to make it work. I set it to be default DAD.
At the end I deleted it (and before that removed it as default DAD). Since then, my mod_plsql does not work. Now I can't administer it anymore, like admin DAD has been removed or something. I get following message (I changed my host and domain name with localhost in the message):
