Courses at Oracle CAN be good, depending on the instructor, experienced instructors are VERY good at Oracle, but if you get a junior instructor, you can better buy some good books and read USENET ... it'll be cheaper and more interesting !! Good Oracle experts do not need any certification certificate to get a job !!
