distributed database option not installed

I'm getting this error message after executing a procedure which
should update a remote database.  I've uninstalled and then
reinstalled the option but keep getting the error message.  Does
anyone have an idea why this is happening?  We are using 7.2
as opposed to the others in the group who are using 7.1.
