We did consider it. We also considered the fact that in our opinions you have provided insuffient information from which to formulate a good decision. It appears that you are trying to shift responsibility to someone here by having us either do your work for you or so that you can have someone to point to and blame if things don't work out perfectly.

Personally I think you have put together a few bad options are don't know how to calculate which is the least bad.
