Don't take this question wrong, but did you do a search for tkprof.exe
on the machine that 9.0.1 is installed on?  Do you have other Oracle
software installed, such as Forms?  It might be in another bin
directory.  I have 9.0.1 and Forms 6i installed and have 3 bin
directories on my machine.
