Up to you. Presumably you have the installation CDs from which all those things could be re-installed if it came to it. That might be more hassle than simply restoring them from tape, so yes -you might want to include them in the backup as a convenience measure.

But there's no functional requirement to do so since every last one of them can be re-sourced from elsewhere.
