Also add

4) maintainability -- its fair easier to upgrade/support Oracle on Unix than NT because :-

NT does have good points, like the end - user GUI stuff is nicer/easier to use under NT than Unix.

UNIX is the same as the reason I choose Oracle over Access or SQL Server.
