You can find the block from the dba (there is a package in DBMS_UTILITY
called something similar to
convert dba to file# and block#). Once you get the file # and block # , you
can easily find the
record and rowid..
I am not playing much with redo dumps these days. Perhaps some one will give
you a direct
solution.
