Howard Rogers wrote a very good set of notes on the 9i new features things. He teaches the course tyou have take which the exam is based on. Oracle told him to take the material down. Fortunately, I saved it all at http://www.geocities.com/lydian_third

I think the whole of geocities is down most this weekend for maintenance. But on Sunday, you should be good to go.
