I can't say that I have any specific knowledge on the subject. But I would think that someone would have to declare Larry Ellison brain-dead before there is a chance that Oracle Corp. would walk away from a profitable business.

Also, I'll bet the only thing brain-dead is the person who started the rumor and those that perpetuate it. But that is just my own harsh personal assessment.
