Hehehe! Hear that, Tom, Steve and Jonathan? You've only written one book, so that makes you much less competent in your advice. Sy, Niall, Howard and so many others here: we're all just a bunch of ignoramus who can't write a book if our lifes depended on it.

Starting to look like the number of written books and articles (mostly by junior personnel but "re-named" appropriately, of course) is the benchmark for Oracle competency.
