If you go to the extreme, then the only people I know of that are supposed to do this would be Tom and Mark Townsend. The rest of us do it because it's something we want to do. It's the same for others with lots of experience that aren't Oracle employees - Sybrand, Jonathan, Connor, Nuno and all the others I've left out. Others shared their knowledge with us when we were first starting out (seems like thousands of years ago!) - it's only fair that we try to do the same. If Oracle tells the Oracle employees to stop, then we'll have to stop. But until that time, we'll continue to help whenever we can. HTH. Additions and corrections welcome.
