First, it was a mistake to post it to this group. It was targeted to the marketplace group. I realize that I made a mistak after I push the send button, and there is nothing I can do.

Second, I did not add even a comment on it, only copy and paste, trying to see what is my follow dba thinking, (it is more like a survey), whom I change ideas with everyday.............
